On the site of Old City Hall. Moving towards completion at the end of 2019, a mixed use complex that will have a hotel, residential, dining and retail storefronts. This east view looks at the intracoastal waterway and a block north of Clematis Street..
The Ben Hotel- West Pam Beach

Construction at the old WPB City Hall site, now Flagler Banyan Square is moving towards it late 2019 completion. Along with "The Ben- a Marriott Autograph Hotel" this complex will also include residential units, dining, retail and office space. The open area behind the fencing will be a park area with views of the intracoastal waterway.
